If there's one thing we've learnt in 20 years of installing air conditioners in Ipswich it is that there is definitely no 'one size fits all' approach to air conditioning. It is such a big home investment and buying 'off the shelf' at a large store ignores the positioning and installation components of the air conditioner that can give just as much operational efficiency as the machine itself that can only be determined through years of installation experience. Once the machine has been purchased it can limit the installation options available to the installer and provide sub-optimum comfort and running costs.
