Free Quotes for new and replacement air conditioners
If you are just after a quotation for a new air conditioner or a quote to replace an existing one and no fault diagnosis is completed it is FREE
Fault Calls, Minor Repairs & Other Electrical Works
$155 Fault Callout Fee includes the first 30 minutes on site
Then $33 per 15 minutes or part thereof
Whilst it is always our intention to fix air conditioners on our initial visit it is not always possible. Extra time may be required and the job needs to be re-booked or parts need to be ordered and replaced at a later time.
If parts are required you will receive a quotation for these prior to ordering for you to accept.
Major Repairs & Parts Replacements
Once a quote for a part replacement has been accepted a 50% deposit AND the initial fault invoice must be paid prior to the ordering of parts. Once the part has been replaced you will be invoice for the balance with 7 days to pay.
Please note: Due to the nature of the build of the air conditioners it is not always possible to test every part at initial fault call and some faults may not present themselves until other parts have been replaced. In this case you will be quoted for the further repairs prior to going ahead.
Maintenance Servicing
$155 for 1st Split System
$85 for each subsequent Split System
Some air conditioners may require a deep clean based on their condition. Details for this type of clean is below.
$200 for 1st Ducted or Ceiling Cassette System
$130 for each subsequent Ducted or Ceiling Cassette System
$30 to Replace Standard Filter Media
$185 to order and install V Form filter (to increase longevity of the filter)
Call the office for pricing on any specific combinations of air conditioners.
You will be sent an invoice after completion of the works and have 7 days to pay.
BOOK Between 1st March and 30th September each year to receive a $10 Winter Discount.

Deep Clean Servicing
Deep Clean Strip & Clean style of servicing will be charged at same rates as our fault fees
Deep Clean services are regarded as those systems that require a bag clean or the fan barrel to be removed for cleaning.
You will be advised if this type of clean is required prior to commencement. You will have 7 days to pay after the job is completed.
